Privacy Policy

I. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ConnectedMD (“CMD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may gather, use, disclose, communicate, and otherwise handle personal information. The ConnectedMD website (the “Website”) consists of multiple pages managed and operated by CMD. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Please review it carefully and discontinue use of the Website if you do not agree with any part of it.

The Website is a commercial platform that provides details about our business offerings (our “Services”). This Privacy Policy outlines how we may collect, store, process, track, transfer, share, utilize, and safeguard your company’s information, the data we collect (“Collected Data”), and information related to your Authorized Users when you interact with us, visit the Website, or use our Services. Access to our Services requires prior acceptance of our Master Services Agreement (“MSA”).

II. Electronic Communications

When you visit the Website or send emails to ConnectedMD, you are engaging in electronic communication. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, or other messages we provide via email or through the Website satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Individuals under 18 years of age may only use the Website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

III. How We Receive Personal Data

Our Services may store, among other things, subscriber information and credentials, identity and contact details, your personal identifiers, and timestamps associated with your submissions. If an error message or system notification occurs while data is being uploaded, transferred, or accessed, we may retain that information as well as any related diagnostic data to help identify and resolve the issue.

We may also gather non‑personal information from the device you use to access our Services, such as device type or model, operating system, and service provider.

If you request customer support—or if support is reasonably necessary for your continued use of our Services—we may collect and store the contact information you provide, details about the support issue, your account information, and any correspondence related to the support interaction.
